The Rendevous with Rama Series by Arthur C. Clarke tells a story of human interaction and exploration of a mysterious spaceship that arrives near Earth.
This design project involved using colors and imagery to reflect the mysterious science fiction theme within the series. The inspiration for the prominent type used in "RAMA" came from star maps and a feint dust cloud image was used for the background of the cover.
